What kind of skills does setting up and maintaining E-zekiel require?

Only basic computer skills are required to set up and maintain an E-zekiel Web site. You need a computer that has Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher) and an Internet connection. If you can use a browser, a keyboard and a mouse you're set.

How do I order E-zekiel?

How long does it take to get my E-zekiel Web site up and running?

Within 72 hours, we'll get your domain name (e.g., yourchurch.org), arrange for hosting your site, and get your password and user name set up. Then, depending on how much information you have to enter, your Web site should only take a matter of hours.

What if I already have a domain name?

Great. We'll get it pointed to E-zekiel and ready for you to enter your information.

How do I administrate my E-zekiel Web site?

That's simple, too. Go to the Control Panel Login page and enter your site ID, user name and password and click "Login." Select the information or page you want to change, make and save the changes. That's it!

What new features will be added to E-zekiel and how much will they cost?

We anticipate adding new features regularly as we respond to customers' requests and as we watch the trends affecting the world of the Internet. Generally most new features will be free. However, more sophisticated new features may require an additional charge and set-up fee.

How do I get my Web hosting set up and how much does it cost?

You don't have to worry about setting up web hosting. We'll do it all for you at no additional charge. You will never pay any fees for web hosting associated with E-zekiel.

Can I use a different stock design on each page of my E-zekiel Web site?

Each page of your site can have a different design. Simply go to "Designs Manager", click on "Additional Designs" and pick the additional templates you wish to use. Then go to "Pages Manager", click on the page that needs the new design, click on "design options" and pick the template you want for that page.

Can I change the name of my Home, Contact, Events or Site Search Pages?

The names of these pages have been built in to the stock designs and currently cannot be changed.
